Karnataka is creating a clean bid to get the Unesco Globe Culture Website position for the Gol Gumbaz of Bijapur.
The monument, designed in the Indo-Saracenic design in 1659, is the mausoleum of Mohammad Adil Shah of the Adil Shahi empire which decided the sultanate of Bijapur from 1490 to 1686.
Bijapur region travel and leisure panel , which met on Wed, created the decision to deliver a clean offer to the Partnership govt looking for for its addition in the record of world heritage websites from Indian.
